I love Minuum, but there's some problems it's always had that limit my enjoyment of using it. I thought maybe it was my phone, but a brand new S21 still struggles. The app doesn't seem to like certain texts fields and areas, and won't type correctly. Lately Minuum has been struggling to uppercase, at the beginning of text fields, and often turning off Shift when I try to type a capital letter. This is most annoying when trying to type passwords, and uppercase keeps getting unset.
Was quite good, prediction okay but defaults to US English, okay for some, but not all. But is a real winner in screen space usage. Operation in some Apps has been so poor since Android 12, it has become unusable with erratic character doubling. As there is no support for the last few years, not much chance of being rectified.
It's a big small keyboard. Just love it. but seems now it's no more getting updated. just hope that Android future releases don't break it.
No update since long time. Seeing bugs.
2022 still no update and we have new platform. So sad 😞
Has this app been abandoned? Been using it for years and it still works (pretty) great, but sure could use an update for Android 12.
my go to keyboard app. shame the hide space bar option for the full screen keyboard has never worked.
Have been using minum for years. Don't care about or use the minimized keyboard. it is just the best one I have ever found. I recently got a new Samsung A52. The Samsung KB didn't cut it for me. I couldn't wait to put Minum on my new device. It's strength's for me are floating keyboard, resizeable size , and easy access to features like emojis and microphone. It has never failed me, and compared to some others that I tried prior to Minum, it is not intrusive, quite responsive, and has no lag !
Will this ever get updated again. Has not been updated in almost 2 years. Was the best keyboard on play store.
It's a great little keyboard, and the predictive typing works very well. I have discovered, however that forced dark mode removes all black colors from the keyboard themes. I know the app hasn't been touched in a few years, but hopefully that can be fixed.
